I have 6+ years of experience with 10LPA.I am not happy with Salary after 6+ years in IT looking at Market standards.Also, I have H1B Visa which has validity of 3 years. I’m in a situation and need some guidance.I have a job offer with:CTC: 9.4 LPA fixed + 21% variable = 11.4 LPA total.Location: Chennai (not ideal for me).Another opportunity is in the pipeline, with a more suitable location, but the expected CTC is around 9.4 LPA, which is significantly lower than the first offer.To add to the dilemma, the HR of the second company feels that asking for 12 LPA (considering my 9.4 LPA fixed offer) is too high.How would you approach this decision? On Wednesday 27th November I gave an interview in two companies The 1st one is in real estate and the 2nd one is in the Share market. Both sides are sales roles.
