Job offer but confused

I have 12 yr exp. Curent company L&T and Current CTC is 24 LPA (fixed). Now I got offer from luxoft and CTC 35 LPA I have 2 questions is it ok join to luxsoft? 35 LPA is less salary 12 yr exp?

Bro since you are going from L&T to Luxoft, I assume that you work in automotive domain. Join Luxoft. 35 lpa is a good salary for 12 years exp in automotive domain since it doesn’t pay so well as other IT domains. But you already know that. Luxoft is a very good company and far better compared to L&T. Join it.
