Hi, I'm currently working as an analyst at an MNC company. 
Work life balance is so good till now.
The manager is too good because he's sitting in Europe and has great transparency with positive feedback. 
But at the same time, I'm not getting paid well which is not sustainable in the long term. 
What should I do?
Also looking for opportunities in the analytics and finance field. It'll be a great help if I get it.

Day to Day Office

I recently joined a new company, and since it's only been about 10 days, I haven’t had a chance to get to know many people well yet. Most of my colleagues seem nice and professional, but I’m facing an issue with my boss that’s making me very uncomfortable.

Whenever I am about to leave and pack my bag, out of nowhere, he will come and insist on dropping me. And the worst part is that everyone notices this, but no one has said anything or offered any guidance or support.

I can’t afford to leave the job right now due to personal responsibilities, but this behavior is making me feel extremely awkward and uneasy. I’ve tried to politely decline, but even then, he sometimes follows or takes the same rickshaw.

Has anyone faced something similar? 
Any advice on how to handle this respectfully without putting my job at risk?

This is what happens when companies only value you when things are good.
They reward those who talk big. Ignore mental health. And leave you when you’re down. It’s not a career ladder anymore. It’s a trapdoor.

Not everyone left their job for “peace” or “freedom.”
Some just needed a way to survive.
