Missing Ethics in Walk-in Interviews
Today I went for a walk-in drive and HR told:
Please submit your resume and Aadhar copy to the reception. We’ll call you one by one.
But within seconds, a few candidates ran..................yes, literally ran..........towards the desk, trying to be the first to submit.
Why?
Because they believed: “First to submit = First to get selected.”
They were thinking they would get selected
If you submit your resume, it will push others.
If you’re educated, skilled, and confident in what you bring to the table...................trust the process.
Selection isn’t based on who reached the reception first. It’s based on merit, communication, and fit.
Let’s uphold some basic interview ethics: Respect order, Stay calm, Let your resume speak...............not your rush
