Exp - 5.10 Skill - React CCTC - 13 LPA Offer from Nagarro - 22 LPA(2L variable) Offer from Genpact (client is Morgan Stanley)- 24.6LPA.(All fixed) As far as I know, Nagarro may offer a work-from-home option later, which would help me save the most money. On the other hand, Morgan Stanley requires working from the office three days a week. Considering factors like work-life balance, work culture, and career growth, kindly suggest which would be the better choice.

[quicknewton](username) first round was done by Genpact, 2nd and 3rd done on the same day at Morgan Stanley office. All 3 are technical rounds.

Morgan is a great client, But the payroll is from Genpact which is definitely not better thn Nagarro My cousin brother is a QA in Nagarro its been 5 + years and he is the most happiest, richest cousin i have. So my vote is Nagarro.

NAGAARO is the best to choose. This is product based and I dont think so you will face any problem..
