bhai honestly , if you are earning 35L in India and settled the move to Germany doesn’t seem worth it financially after taxes. and with 20 YOE, starting fresh in a new country, learning a language, and adapting to a new system could be stressful than rewarding. unless you really want to live in some another country, Its good but otherwise, india me badiya kama rahe ho, you can afford internation travel for holiday. Keep it like that only

Don't move to Germany. You will be depressed as people are not much open and the weather will be dull and cloudy for most part of the year.

1. Where everyone is shifting to different countries for work try searching reason to stay. 2. Apna desh apna hi hota hai ... Keep switching jobs rather than country. At time of major crisis apna desh hi support deta hai

Boss, long term socho – Germany has stronger labor laws, retirement benefits, healthcare. India mein 35L sounds nice till burnout hits.

Honestly 55L INR post tax isn’t that big a jump from 35L here, especially after factoring in lifestyle inflation abroad. You’ll feel rich on paper, but average in Europe.

Honestly tax ke baad salary ka difference utna nahi hai jo new language aur lifestyle change ke stress ko justify kare. India mein apne current package ke saath stable rehna zyada sensible rahega

Not gonna lie, if you’re already at 35L in India moving to Germany might feel like a downgrade in terms of role and recognition. Money aside.
