I don't understand, are you flexing your salary or think that you don't earn enough?

So technically you are not getting as per market value so its time to switch The estimate here seems fine and i checked mine too and its giving accurate results

For 16 years experience and Bangalore, I'd say it's low. Should be at least around 40L.

It shows only based on the data other users have entered. Most salaries posted here are not recent or very old, I checked my salary with the peers it's around the same figure but ambitionbox is showing it as above the market value.
