Need advice
Hello all,
Just a newbie requiring true advice. I have approximately 3 yrs of experience in the internal audit domain (FS). Recently a few months ago, I switched to HDFC. I feel so stuck here. I want a way out. There are so many nitty gritties for every step in this company. Moreover, I'm the least paid employee here. This is making me feel even worse. I want to switch desperately. Please tell me if I am making the right decision or not! Also would appreciate it if y'all can send some referrals!

If your gut’s screaming "get out," don’t ignore it. Especially if you're underpaid and unhappy. Start applying, but don't quit without a backup.
