Need help in negotiation

My current in-hand is 80k/m (9.5 LPA) in a product based company. Got an offer of 15 LPA (13.5 LPA fixed) from Wipro in Bengaluru. However, I currently stay at home and the office is very close. so everything is saved. What should I do? Should I negotiate with wipro for a higher salary (how much) or should I ask for a hike at my current organisation or should I keep on looking for other opportunities? Info: role is ML engineer 3 YOE in current organisation. The total YOE is 6 years.

My current organisation is giving me a raise of 50% against this offer. Which will make my in-hand 14.4 LPA. Can I negotiate this with wipro now? How much can I ask now?

No no no no !! Just forget about it, Bengaluru is expensive, all the increase ctc will go down to expenses like house rent, travelling and food. Dont even think about this option. Drop it

I believe with 13.5 LPA fixed, you'll get roughly 100k per month after tax and pf deduction. And as per my understanding you would need to pay around 12k-20k rent in Bangalore. That itself itself will take away the extra you are getting. I would suggest that you should use the wipro offer and use to negotiate get a better offer. Don't stop here, at least try to get 120k-150K per month and with 6 years of experience I think this would be possible.
