Need Suggestions for the Next Company

Suggest as per the following I hold a total of 4.5 Years of experience. Maybe someone who is working or has previously worked at this company and who has a good understanding of the market can provide good suggestions. The offers and the companies are as follows 1. Johnson Controls - 17.5 LPA fixed in Pune 2. EY India - 19.5 LPA Fixed At beginning asking to work remotely, not giving assurance for permanent remote as it depends on client 3. Deloitte - 19.5 LPA Fixed Pune 4. FICO - 22 LPA Fixed in Bangalore but My preference is more towards Pune 5. UKG - 23 LPA as Fixed in Pune, offer is in pipeline 6. Wipro - 19.5 LPA Fixed Considering my current experience and role I am selected for is Java FullStack, which will be best fit for me considering growth, future IT market, work life balance and location. And also suggest if it will be wise to choose FICO by compromising the location. And as Johnson Controls was the first to offer me and wait for 3 months. Should I re negotiate?

UKG I am confused as I have seen very bad ratings on ambition box and Glassdoor. And the company did some layoffs too. This is making me double mind

4.5 saal ke baad itna strong lineup? Respect. My vote: UKG (if milta hai) FICO (for tech + comp) Deloitte (for brand)

FICO ka tech stack is solid. Fintech mein karna hai growth toh FICO > rest. Bangalore adjust karle yaar, sabhi dev log udhar hi toh hain.

[kyachahiye](username) I am also currently in Bangalore, but as I am from Gujarat it is difficult to manage travelling and getting WFH after all these companies are not willing to consider temporary 1 month or 3 weeks wfh
