Does the offer from flipkart with a higher salary and shorter commute make it a better choice compared to your current job in Pune?

Zomato's Apology🫨
I recently came across a post about Zomato. They added an extra fee for their vegetarian delivery service, which upset a lot of vegetarians. Many felt it was like a "luxury tax" for choosing plant-based meals. The good news? Zomato’s CEO, Deepinder Goyal, has already apologized for the move and assured everyone it’ll be fixed soon. It’s great to see quick accountability and a willingness to address concerns. What are your thoughts on this kind of pricing adjustment and Zomato’s response?
How to Deal with a Chatty Colleague?
Okay, so I have this colleague sitting right in front of me, and he doesn’t stop talking all day. I’ve tried putting on headphones, but this guy still waves his hands in front of my face like, “Oye Oye, ek baat sun !” Leaving my desk isn’t an option because my work would suffer, and there’s no extra space in the office to relocate. How do I politely deal with this without causing awkwardness or making it seem like I’m being rude?
The ever leading topic of notice period
I am working currently as a team lead for hcl and since idiotically I didn't switch any companies from start 2019 till now, I have a measly ctc of 4.3 lpa.I got an offer accepting 8lpa , but they are demanding to join in 15 days. And hcltech, being the company it is, is having 90 days notice period, negotiable to 60 days only.Initial negotiation with my current manager and the new company hr didn't go over that well, I am in a bind now.Any suggestions?
I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?
I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
Job Market Seems to Be Opening Up Again!
I've been getting more interview calls recently, and after months of silence., it’s a relief! Things are looking better out there. Keep building your skills and applying, guys. Patience does pay off!For context:I have about 5 years of experience in the IT field, currently working as a security analyst (contract role) for the past 6 months. I've been applying for analyst roles at junior/mid-level positions open to hybrid and remote setups.Certifications I’ve done so far include CEH, CCNA, AWS Pra...
