Offered salary is 41lacs , 4.1 lacs variable and 50k stocks. But here role is solution architect role and my previous role is more like tech lead with architect skills. Is this good offer if I am almost 10 yr of exp

Day to Day Office

My manager is a middle aged women in her mid 30s, 
Yesterday we were having our weekly standup call and accidently while ending the call, I said, "Love you" instead of "Thank you".
This forced habit of saying Love you at the end of every call has been put into me by my girlfriend and I never knew I'll end up saying this in a Work call.

My manager hasn't said anything yet to me but I am scared like hell,
What if she complaints to the HR tomorrow😶

Any suggestions, what should I do? Should I apologize?

UPDATE: we talked after 2-3 days and she was very chill about it, we even laughed over it a bit and everything seems fine now. Though she has asked me to meet after office for a cup of coffee today, let’s see what happens🤞

Just reached the office, and literally everywhere I look, people are in groups talking about the India-Pak war. Everyone's full of jazba, discussing what they saw on the news last night. The vibe here is giving me chills nobody's really in the mood to work. We are all just glued to updates, wondering what’s going to happen next.

From Deadlines to Headlines

Okay so I usually crib non-stop about working night shifts🙄 (because let’s be real...sleep-deprived, ghost-town office ke scenes, or bhai vending machine dinners), but tonight hit different.

Around 2:45 AM, someone casually mentioned Operation Sindoor post-Pahalgam tragedy. Never thought I’d say this, but I actually feel lucky to witness something this important during my night shift on News channel ...All my colleagues were  talking about how their offices might be getting the drill too. Honestly, it felt kinda surreal discussing this while sipping my 3 AM chai.

Anyone else was on the night shift too?🤔

Today, I had an interview for a job I was really looking forward to. The job description seemed great, the pay was okay, and the company had good feedback online. I went in, shook hands with the person in charge of hiring, and we sat down to talk.

Then, they asked their first question:

"How do you feel about working extra hours without pay?"

I actually laughed because I thought it was a joke. But the interviewer just looked at me, waiting for my answer. I asked if working extra time was required and if they paid for it. They said, "Well, we expect people to stay as long as they need to finish their work. Everyone here really cares about what they do, so we don't keep track of extra hours."

I just stood up and said, "Thank you for your time, but this job isn't right for me," and then I left.

Now, I'm wondering if I did the wrong thing. Should I have stayed and listened to more about the job? Or was leaving the right decision?

Hi,
I started by carreer in 2021, I got placed in two companies from my college. 

1- Cognizant - 4.2 LPA
2- Accolite - 8LPA

Accolite joining was getting delayed, So I joined Cognizant.
After 9 months of working in Cognizant I joined Accolite as the joining letter came.

After working for 8 months in Accolite, I came on bench.
In the same month grabbed an offer of 14 LPA from Wissen Technology.

Worked in Wissen for 1 Year 9 months. But had to resign Wissen without any offer in hand as they were calling us office in BLR, and I was only comfortable with Delhi NCR location.

In the notice period grabbed an offer from Freecharge for 16 LPA, Gurugram, Hybrid.

I have worked in Freecharge for 1 Year but there are giving mere  7%, 17.12 LPA

Should I consider to switch again? 

Cognizant - 4 LPA - 9 months Reason: Got Accolite joining
Accolite - 8 LPA - 8 months Reason : On Bench
Wissen - 14 LPA - 1 Year 9 months Reason : Location Restriction
Freecharge - 16 LPA - 1 Year Reason : Low hike
