Hello Everyone!

My current annual salary is INR 8.71 L, 
Additional benefits INR 60k WFH allowance

And ESOP value around INR 3L

If I take the vested value of the same - It comes around INR 50k

So total CTC becomes for a year becomes - INR 9.80L
Overall CTC (Including of the ESOP total price - INR 12.31L

Which amount I can mention while switching companies?
OR Can I mention any of the amount above?

or I can only mentioned INR 8.71L?

Please suggest.

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM.  Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours.  Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10.

Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional.  She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living.

It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview."

I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out.

I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..

Want to upgrade my skill on top of MSBI (SSIS, SSRS) + SQL Server

I’m working in Bangalore for last 9 years. Currently I got 2 offers. 

1. CTS - Bangalore (CTC - 22.7 LPA)
2. Deloitte - Hyderabad (CTC - 24.2 LPA)

Is it good move to shift to Hyderabad for        Deloitte ? Is it ok to ask the HR if my base location can be changed to Bangalore ?

Shifting from Bangalore to Hyderabad

I have 6 years of experience in networking.

Current CTC 8lpa
Got Offer of 18lpa Fixed.

I am very confused the offer is as per market or not. When I got job invite on Naukri for the position i got the offer.

Years of experience mentioned 5 to 10 
Salary range: 20 to 30lpa

And during HR discussioni i missed this.
Could you please help me understand?
