Career Advice

Recently joined a prestigious company. With no prior experience in the domain. Can say a complete fresher. I was able to crack the interviews byt when it comes to day to day engagement, I feel left out. I'm in bangalore right now, basically from Delhi. Can anyone advise me on how to survive in a corporate world. Also how to make friends? Since most of them speak their regional language, almost everyone has a friendscircle except me.

Totally get you bro, starting fresh hits diff.
New place, new ppl, and everyone's already got their gang. Don’t overthink. talk to manager, ask questions, and slowly vibe in during chai/lunch breaks. You'll blend in soon

[an executive](username) yea he is right, Bro, you're not alone. First 6 months in a new city plus new domain pluss new job is like hard mode. It does get better. Hang in there.

You can learn the regional language. That will make things easier

normal to feel left out initially, especially as a fresher and when you’re away from home in a new city

ask small questions to your teammates. People are usually more helpful than we expect especially when you show that u are eager to learn.
