Recently I gave an Interview which has a salary limit of 14LPA same as mine current one, during salary negotiation I told them I don't need any hike just give me same as the current one i.e 14L but then HR was saying you don't have experience we can only pay you 10L. What kind of recruitment is this?

I’m a Computer Science graduate and a full-stack developer who has been consistently learning and improving every day. Despite my efforts, I’ve been unemployed for the past a year.

I’ve attended multiple interviews – sometimes clearing up to 3 rounds – but still not getting any offer in the end. This repeated pattern is disheartening. I keep applying, preparing, and showing up with hope, but the outcome remains the same.

Months Unemployed Despite Being a Full-Stack Developer

I have 8.4 years of experience as a SDET and also have sound experience in AWS in a product based company. I got an offer from a company 47LPA (43 fixed and 10% variable) where my current is 29.8(26.6 fixed and 12% variable). Now, my manager is trying to retain with around 43 LPA (39 fixed and 12% variable). In my current role, team and work-life balance is very good. Is it worth staying back? What are the cons of staying back. Coming to the next company, I'm not sure about work, but I heard work-life balance is good. Please suggest 🙏

Day to Day Office

Ever since the Hamas-India-Pak war started, I have a coworker who won't stop talking about the terrorists and Pakistan's film actors each day at work. She follows reporters/actors on Instagram who post live videos and photos and tells everyone about it. I work with her 9 hours per day, 5 days a week. I understand it is horrible and everyone should be aware but I feel this is inappropriate as it obviously brings down employee morale and productivity. 

War is the last thing I want to think about when I'm at work.🤷‍♂️ She has a vested interest in this war which is understandable but this is too much. There are always bad things happening in the world. 

She never mentioned anything about the presentations and client interactions, etc. because she did not have a vested interest in those.

I'm not sure if I should say something or what, I don't want any drama.🤢🤢

My coworker won't stop talking about the war

I am 30 yrs old male working at a big corporate firm. Recently i got into a secret affair with a colleague who is married with kids. We have been seeing each other for months now but things are getting complicated.

I am starting to catch feelings but she keeps telling me to keep it casual and not complicate things. However her husband recently got suspicious and now i am afraid we are getting too close to getting caught.

Should I end it now or keep going despite the risks? This is a mess i know but i am stuck. What should i do??

This is a rising trend among Indian Professionals, where both husband and wife are working full time jobs and drawing good salaries, but they avoid having kids and instead spend their earnings on experiences and build good savings.

This way they get an opportunity to truly live their life without the burden of responsibilities.
Personally, this does sound lucrative to me, but I am not sure if having a baby in the very late stage of my life will be a good idea either.
