Seeking Career Advice: Choosing Between 3 Offers
Hi everyone,
I'm currently exploring new opportunities and would love to hear your thoughts on which offer might be the best fit based on my priorities. Here's my current situation:
Experience: 4.2 years
Current CTC: 9.8 LPA (8.5 fixed + 1.3 variable)
Tech Stack: Primarily Golang
Current Location: Chennai
I'm evaluating 3 offers:
Option 1: HCL Software (a division of HCL Tech)
Product: BigFix
CTC: 16.5 LPA (15 fixed + 1.5 variable including 99K performance bonus)
Location: Chennai
Option 2: Infogain
CTC: 18 LPA (breakup not shared yet)
Location: Bangalore
Option 3: Msys Technologies
CTC: 19 LPA (breakup not shared yet)
Location: Chennai or Bangalore
What I’m looking for:
A good work-life balance
Opportunities for learning and growth
Preferably a strong engineering/product culture
Salary is not my top priority, but of course, it’s a factor
NOTE: All three offer hybrid work.

Bhai, agar Chennai mein rehna hai aur stable life chahiye toh HCL perfect fit lag raha hai.

[ctrlaltdelmyjob](username) Yeah, I agree. When it comes to stability I think HCL is a better option. On a side note I am not from Chennai (I am from Rajasthan). So location is not a priority for me.

If you're betting on future growth + flexibility, maybe Msys? But clarify that breakup!

A Senior Software Engineer
Infogain and Msys offer higher pay, but check team structure and product maturity, startups/IT services may have less structured growth or longer hours.

[hoofhearted](username) Personally, I felt that Infogain's Team particularly for this role is not structured yet. So there is a lot of uncertainty around it the team and work.

Bro congratulations for all the offers, TBH its very difficult to share insights of each company, you will get more confused, its better you use the below link and compare the offers from each company and also check the reviews by the actual employees, I was also skeptical earlier before joining my current company, But this postal was usefull that time.

Option 4: Perennial Systems
CTC: 20 LPA
Location: Pune/Remote
Update: I will be joining Msys Technologies after considering all the offers.
