My current CTC is 13.18L with fixed CTC as 11.6L. What is the general hike percentage I can ask for on fixed CTC? Will 50% be too much?Also, can I request to get my full CTC as fixed without any variable component?Total 8 years experience and SF experience is 4 yearsDesignation - Senior Consultant
