I'm a fresher and have a abap consultant offer in hand with 3-4 months of internship whereas college placement offers nearly 6 months of internship.I have hands-on experience on abap, but whereas my placement only offers a software Engineer role. Let's normalize work from home as a right
Previously I was working for a quick commerce company as a contract employee, there I have to start my day at 9:30 and leave by 6 in the evening as per the rules in the contract, however the PMs will show up at 12:30 in the afternoon and they will make me stay until 7:30 or 8 in the evening.
