Hi, I am working as a software engineer at [Samsung](samsung) 
I have got an offer from [Zomato](zomato) and they are giving me the backend engineer role which I wanted. 
In Samsung, as it is an MNC and I am fresher we are assigned very low-priority tasks and learning is not there at all. But in Zomato learning will be huge. 
But a lot of reviews say that work culture is extremely horrible at Zomato and they fire very quickly. 

So I am confused because in Samsung job security is high.
Zomato is offering double my current CTC.

Should I join Zomato or stay at Samsung?

Recently, i got a new manager in office, a Tamilian. 
Smart guy, good dressing sense, all well and good...
But the real problem?
His English accent.
Now every meeting feels like a decoding session.
“Sorry, what did you say?”
“Come again?”
“Pardon??”
And the major problem is when the call H as HUTCH....!!!!!
Bro, I’m literally attending two meetings at once,  one with the team, and one in my head trying to understand him.
I swear, I’m this close to screaming, “Can you please go learn a proper accent first?!”
Fed up already. 
Do you feel the same when you have South Indian managers? Or am I the only one suffering in silence?

You won't believe my senior has a good corporate job with over 10 years of experience.  
But suddenly resigned just a few days after his wedding.
We all thought maybe he got married and wants to spend his time with his wife, and decided to go to his place to give him a proper farewell. 

All of us got shocked after knowing that he left because his father-in-law gifted him a fat cash amount and a car in the name of "blessings."
