If you are your manager's fav then you will not gonna resign from this company and you will get lots of opportunities. Favoritism 99.99 % , HR unresponsive, management only runs behind parties and gossips, team leader only for grudges and have one policy divide and rule. If any people doing hard or smart work then they must rewarded instead of your fav one who is only doing gossips and poor work with all the hell mistakes but SHE/he is manager's fav then they survive in the company without any fear. Make proper in and out time for all employees, make transparent policies for all not only for team leaders and their fav people who come and go as per their own time and rules , pathetic. Several time most of the team leaders drink beer and sit in the company without any fear because he/she knows my manager or team leader is there to save me
