Suggestion for Salary Negotiation for Java Developer with 3 yrs experience ( Java , Spring Boot, Microservices at BMC Software)
How much salary to negotiate, for Product Developer 1 role at BMC Software, as I have an offer of 16 LPA ( fixed ) from OFSS ( Oracle financial Services) ?
Please help me with suggestions.

Negotiation ka golden rule: Start with 22 LPA, and HR ko thoda shock do. 😂 Then settle at 20.
