So as fresher completing 1 year industrial training program should i apply it or not for the designation as shown GET at SMS Group Butibori.

Bro try applying in other companies. I got an offer from KPIL with more than 11 lakhs with 2 years and 9 month experience but I heard that their HR policies are the worst so I am not joining KPIL now.

3.13 LPA is too low ,it’s less than salary of freshers . You should check what are the other companies and how many they are paying for same job role with same years of experience . But as per my knowledge this is very very low if you are good at your work and communication you can easily get 100% hike ,so do your research don’t work for free

Brother, try to establish some connections with the management. The seniors will likely rely on you, so you should learn how to get your work done through them. I hope you understand what I mean

Hey, I know it is sad and unfair when you talk about the salary expectations. Please do your research on the salary part with regards to the market analysis and internally with the current set of employees. Then set the goals set that you want to leave or stay with the current salary. Honestly, the things that you learn - you can easily go ahead and switch to a better organization and a better role. So, be it like that and start hunting rigorously, you will definitely crack a good deal. 3 years in a company with this hierarchy of your salary is unfair I would say. All the best and do well!
