If anyone has recently attended this interview, could you please share the questions you were asked or any tips about the interview process?

It would be really helpful to understand the type of technical or scenario-based questions they focus on (like troubleshooting, Active Directory, networking basics, etc.).

Day to Day Office

I’ve been in this company for 4 years. In the beginning, I was excited and doing well. But slowly, that feeling just went away.

These days, I barely open my laptop. I manage most of my day through my phone. Haven’t felt truly engaged in months. I’ve been applying out consistently for 7 to 8 months, reaching out, networking, tweaking my resume everything. But m exhausted.

Every single promotion cycle just brought another reorg. And with every reorg, I got moved farther away from the work I actually wanted to do. The team I cared about doesn’t even exist anymore. There's no real growth path left, no appreciation, and now there are whispers about layoffs in the next 6 to 7 months. 

I’ve emotionally checked out. I dread opening Teams. Most meetings feel like noise. I don’t even know what I’m working toward anymore. And the worst part? I used to care. Deeply. About the impact, about my team, about doing good work.

How did you pull yourself out of it?

How long am I supposed to last like this?

Laptop open, wifi perfect. Career... not so much. It wasn’t one big failure...just a thousand tiny ones. Rejections. Ghosted interviews. Skills that suddenly “weren’t enough.” 

Everyone around me seemed sorted. Promotions. Onsite roles. Hikes and me? Sitting with 6 tabs open, googling: “Jobs that don’t require confidence.” I almost gave up. Almost. Then I did something small but life changing. 

Day 3 tomorrow: The tiny decision that changed everything.

Day 2: I cried on a Tuesday morning.

Last night, I came home feeling really frustrated after a last-minute meeting at work. I rang the doorbell and saw my husband looking happy because he got a new project thanks to his hard work. 

He was telling me how much praise he got at work and how his career is moving forward. But I suddenly lost my patience and shouted .............SHUTUP, I’m not happy right now ................too much frustrated and I don’t want to hear about your achievements. Just leave me alone.

He looked surprised, and I walked away from the room. Since then, it’s been quiet between us................no hugs or support. And I am wondering why?

If he can share his happiness, why can’t I share my frustration? Being partners means understanding each other, no matter what. 
Why the silence? Not everyone has a good day every day. Sometimes, you just need someone to ask how you are feeling before talking.
