the performance incentive depends on your targets. If you don’t hit them, it’s not as great. Still, if you’re okay with the challenge, the extra 40k could be worth it!

I’d lean towards Britannia. The 40k performance incentive is a nice bonus on top of the salary. The incentives could really boost your take-home pay if you perform well. Hatsun's salary is decent, but I think the overall package with Britannia makes it more appealing.
