29LPA in SAP sounds decent, but if you're in Gurgaon already, the cost of living in Bangalore could be higher, and the salary isn’t the best on the list. Still, if you're into enterprise software and value global brand recognition, it could be worth it.

33LPA in Morgan Stanley is pretty solid, but Mumbai is ridiculously expensive. If you’re okay with the fast paced finance world and can handle the cost of living, it could be a great jump in your career, but just make sure you're ready for the work grind.

35.1LPA in Oracle is tempting, especially for Bangalore. They’re a huge player in tech, and the salary is definitely nice. But be prepared for the Bangalore heat and the higher living costs. If you’re aiming for a strong tech brand, it’s a great choice.

29.4LPA in Gurgaon with Optum is a solid option, especially if you like staying where you are.

PWC’s 30.5LPA plus the 2L JB in Gurgaon is tempting, especially if you want to stay in the city. Consulting can be hit or miss though.

Earning 29-30 lpa in delhi is far better than earning 35lpa in Bangalore and if you are already staying in Delhi, then why to move here and there! Stability and comfort!

Go for Optum. They offer work from home I guess. Oracle gives better initially but you won’t get anything in the appraisals. I have a friend in oracle. They have this strategy.
