Can someone advice whether I should join HDFC Bank with almost Half CTC or Teleperformance (TP), a BPO with Double CTC?
Job Role: Inbound Customer Support.

Day to Day Office

It's not just me. My friends who are trying to find work keep getting rejected super easily. And the ones who actually got hired sometimes lost their jobs after just a few months. Plus, the pay they're offering is way less than we thought it would be.

It feels like companies don't even want to hire us, like we're not good enough workers. But everything costs more these days, so it's hard to live if we can't get a job or don't get paid much.

Why is it so hard for people our age (Gen Z) to get jobs?

Hello guys,

I am a Data Engineer with 3 yoe.
Current CTC - 14 LPA
10.8 - Fixed
1.2 - Variable
2 - Retention bonus (Till October)

I have been looking for a better opportunity and I recently got an offer from a company with the CTC of 16LPA - 15 +1 variable. 
If I leave my current company I will have to pay 2 lakh back which I dont have honestly and the other company is not willing to pay for it. They agreed to buy out my notice period though. 
I also know that my current company won’t be able to match this CTC.

Also, I want to know is this offer worth going for?

Since January, I have got like 40+ calls but as soon as they listen to my notice period they hang up. I gave interviews for 10 companies got 1 offer, got rejected by 3 and got ghosted by 6 after the interview process.
Now, I really want to make a switch and get an offer within a range of 18-20 LPA. I have good problem solving skills and communication though. Can I get this much hike based on my yoe?

Hello, I have 38 days of notice period remaining and on last Friday I was informed by my lead that he is pressured to put me into PIP as I'm already leaving the organization to save the people in my project. PIP is not initiated yet. Should I challenge it? because I have been good performer during the service and I do have all the  positive feedback on workday except the one I got on Friday. Is it worth to challenge it? Will PIP tag be an issue for future rehire? Please advice.

PIP during notice period

There was thought of hm for night shift employee. Extreme expectations to over perform by being available 24 hours for office. After doing core 9 hours shift, ready for office beyond login hours since it's IT. Company functions are to be attended by skipping login for 2 hours & back to login after parties on working day. For education seminars it's expected to be in office in India time which is complicated for us shift employees. Imagin 4 am logout again 8 am office. Is it called work life balance? Are the employees expected to be a machine operation 24 hours. No benefits & flexibility for shift employees. Why do the high experiences managers expect employers to dedicated beyond login hours of 9 hr. Any thoughts ?
