been there man. I once told HR about a similar incident and they brushed it off like I was overreacting.

It's a typical mindset,man!.. Women has all the advantages in our society (mainly india)that men rarely get one of these advantages. You can't change their mindset. Women don't have the ability to detect who is good or right. And most of The news we see crime against women is about men. So, their brain automatically make perception about men is negetive. so we men often don't mind if they touch or not because we know they are harmless. But touch from a men towards any women even by accident is considered a bad, sometime more than a bad. That' s the fact. That's why today's most of the men don't have a word to talk to a girl for sometime. However, It's getting really difficult to get a life partner. All up to the girl for choosing their life partner, there is no chance for men. That's a sad reality.

Get some proof about it and then take action. Things can easily go wrong and your harasser can play victim and screw you up.

Simple, Because men are the people who make fun of people talking about women harassing men, because it feels like it's not masculine enough.

Equality isn’t about uplifting one gender, it’s about treating all genders equally. Harassment is harassment, no matter who does it. Male victims deserve to be heard too. It’s time HR leads the way by creating safe spaces where every voice is taken seriously.
