Your Interviewer Is Judging More Than Just Your Answers
A lot of us focus only on giving the “right answer” in interviews. But what if I told you that’s not the only thing interviewers care about? Many decisions are based on your body language, your energy, and how natural you sound.
They silently notice when you're faking confidence, overexplaining, or getting too nervous. Even something small like not smiling or avoiding eye contact can impact your chances. You're being judged as a person, not just a professional.
So don’t just cram answers. Practice how you speak, your tone, your calmness. Record yourself, take mock interviews. Because sometimes it’s not what you say, but how you say it that decides if you get selected.

[an executive](username) 100%! But with practice, even introverts can look confident without changing who they are.

[ecstaticbanana](username) Same! But now I try looking between their eyes instead of directly. Feels less awkward.
