Fortunately I got good project. Campus is good. Gym facility was very good. I am getting free ev charging too.

Loss of pay policy. If you are idle for more than 45 days then your loss of pay will start but notice period will remain 90 days

Good salary hikes if you join as a fresher till B1 as per my experience. Work-Life balance is great. In most projects, not much work pressure.

Dislikes

Mostly support projects. So learning new things can take a hit. Though there are some learning drives in between.

Removing employees.this is totally bad.job security is very important.but this doesn't have in Accenture. Getting projects mostly all are in short period like 3 to 6 months.this time is not enough to understand and upgrade the skills.

...g opportunities and work life balance is depends on the project you are working. Shift allowance is good , monthly and quarterly variable pay.

Dislikes

Nothing as such but need to stretch work sometimes to co ordinate with on site team.
