Job not secure from reliance Jio because high position employee our position will safe to remove low position employee. Like company higher new state head they are coming and applied our new rules . Salary is always on time. Brand name in the market makes feel proud of being part of big organization. Good software Technology system is adopted by the this organisation for both customers and employees. Less technological errors/failures are faced.

Dislikes

Extended working hours, Apart from salary, other benefits are very less as compare to other organisations. Incentive structure is very strict and most of the time partial part of earned incentives are kept on hold for the whole year. Sales is so aggressive as it could harm mental well being. Output is given highest priority than the inputs. Seniors always show aggression for sales and same aggression is seen in their actions and reactions. Overall work culture is not helathy to work. Most of the time obusive language and high volume is used by seniors.

No WFH is provided, Always need to be in office, You won't easily get any movement to L2 teams due to lot of internal politics and reasons given from Manager is very dumb they literally wasted my six months

Lot of pressure. Asm rsm speak bad words in front of all in teams call. Poor contact with employees
