Salary on time and benifits like medical insurance and leaves are very good as per HR policies. Very good company to work.

Dislikes

Some manager are working as Boss not as a leader which is not good for team members.

A good thing is that our salary will get before ending of month. And also a good platform to work with L&T LTD as a permanent staff only.

Dislikes

Don't join there as a Third Party FTC else you will not get values of your experience education etc.

The only thing I liked in this company is that the management is not rude or cunning. They are soft probably sometimes oversoft that they cant fight for down the line staff.

Dislikes

...es hired are from contractor background. The medical insurance cover is too low. Only offers a few banks for salary credit. They dont promote flexible timings, while Saturday offs are still no where near. They need lots of improvement if want to compete with other organisation and hire good professionals.

The office culture is overall good. You can learn more and more day by day with a good work life balance.

Dislikes

...a higher position which could be achieved outside with that level of experience. Salary structure is okay with very less benefit for employees or with no other benefits.

Company is good but sector is unorganised.. company cannot sdo anything in this.. developer requirements are different. Developer approach towards construction is different
