Good work life balance. Provides global financial experience and outlook. Quality of work can vary depending on the team. There are teams with really mundane work where others have high quality work. Liberal respectful culture.

Nothing to dislike very much. But salary is typically just about median in many cases lower vs the industry. Designation and salary growth is typically slow.

Appraisal hikes are very low, less then market standard. Favouritism happens very frequent, community support culture is followed by senior management. Internal movements are purely dominated and managed by senior management. They don't let you leave team easily, or they spoil your ratings.

Offer very low salary compared to market, no skill update plans or grooming sessions. In other words does not care about employee growth. Just get skilled from out side is the best option.
