Work life balance, dry promotion and no shift allowance specially at Mumbai location, also pay is not good for Mumbai. They pay same for Kolkata and Mumbai and force people to come to Mumbai.

Likes

Better salary than IT Services companies. , but not as good as product based. Last year gave good hikes, this year it was average.

Dislikes

Toxic work culture. People lack professionalism especially at the top No work life balance. Unrealistic deadlines

Wfh and advance salary options. They are given other benefits that boosts the moral of employees

Dislikes

Not 100% job security, if they focus on providing permanent job then there is no competition for Amazon

Salary and other benefits are bit less. No bonus and yearly increment very low

Cognizant used to be great company earlier, but due to recent layoffs and delay in hikes and appraisals, inadequate number of projects has been ruining the company. People are sitting on bench for months hunting for projects and one fine day HR calls and they are laid off. Cognizant's transparency and smooth processing was the only thing I liked but that is also ruined now.

There should be better salary and hikes. Lack of projects
