Good salary hikes if you join as a fresher till B1 as per my experience. Work-Life balance is great. In most projects, not much work pressure.

Dislikes

Mostly support projects. So learning new things can take a hit. Though there are some learning drives in between.

...hich are totally feels like people's are fill with cruel mindset and disgusting. So much work pressure + Politics + cruel and disrespectful behavior towards associates + no any extra pay or benefit even you works on Saturday, sunday and Even Holiday's also. Totally disappointed and due to this reasons I am leaving TCS company. TCS company is really good but this some project are totally worst. From my project till now 20 people have put resign due to this reason but Still TCS HR are not taking any actions against this people's.

They should give a proper compensation and help to the employees. also, the increment is not good. Poor management at Ahmedabad location, There is nothing to learn new things as in other locations employees are learning and working on different projects nd tools

Cognizant used to be great company earlier, but due to recent layoffs and delay in hikes and appraisals, inadequate number of projects has been ruining the company. People are sitting on bench for months hunting for projects and one fine day HR calls and they are laid off. Cognizant's transparency and smooth processing was the only thing I liked but that is also ruined now.

There should be better salary and hikes. Lack of projects
