Good pay and high degreee of integration with offshore team. Compared to others like PWC SDC and EY GDC there is scope for involved work on engagements.

Long hours. Some of it is un avoidable, since our clients are based in the US inevitably you end up working late due to the time difference.

Just a decent salary with job security as they have lot of work in US market.

Work life balance is zero as we use to sit for 12-13hrs daily, also promotion is depends upon how ur rleationship is with ur manager.

Learning opportunities: Genpact is good to begin the career specially in operations. Those who are ambitious in their career. They may feel low at working at Genpact. Genpact might not give you promotions as you might have imagined.

Dislikes

Salary is very less No good appraisals, transportation service is really bad. HR is not able take action on any request or feedback. Very Conservative and fixed mindset of the people. Do not welcome new idea or suggestions.

Though work life balance is good, sometime super demanding culture No structure and hence decision making is poor More than work and performance internal network is the way org works ( no process)
