I have been working in profinch for more than 2 yrs now...so far it has been fairly good in terms of work,compensation,exposure,training... had good learning opportunity and exposure. Team mates and senior managers are very supportive and had got good guidance from them.

Dislikes

No dislikes as such for company

1. Good people around. 2. Good salary. 3. Nice environment. 4. Facilities like canteen and transpot.

Nothing to point out here.

Provided 100 % variable pay only one is pros compaire to other companies

1. Work life balance is not every Saturday Sunday doing prod on call support 2. No job security 3. Appraisal also not good

Every thing is great. Work life balance, 40 leaves, great salary, good people.

Project learning is not too much.

...ated to an good project. Felxible timing Wfo mandatory is dependant on project. If you are having any special skills they will give you that bonus as well

Dislikes

Life will get worst when you are allocated to Indian client. You will be forced to work more. And no benefits of it. Micromanagement is done with people who are not having more experience. To retain good relation with client they can accept unrealastic timelines. If you are bench more than 1 or 2 months you will be forced to put down the papers.
