* No one knows about plant capacity. * Working on approximate capacity always. * Always working for machine on 12 hrs. Shift capacity this is major failure. * Corporate team also not taking decision on time. * No system no space in plant . * Plant layout like workshop. No one working on NVA . * Managers always standing on lines for production output. *No one working on issue solving to smooth operations.

There’s plenty of scope to learn through the company’s learning Center programs. They have an auto approval of leaves and time corrections.

...ter showing good performance. Many people stay in the same level for many years. Except for the last 2 years, the salary hikes have been below standards.

1) Canteen & Transportation facility yet to be started. 2) HR policies needs to be slightly improved, although improvement is there but pace is very slow.

1. No respect 2. No equality 3. Long working hours & less efficiency 4. Below margin pay & hike structure 5. Somtimes, have to support during weekends (and during personal leave as well)
