People being forced to come office, office is also not fun. I feel bored there not able to focus on work. The same work I am able to do from home with 2X productivity. Perks and employee engagement is really pathetic. Management is less proactive.

1. Unprofessional culture in Finance Department 2. HR is also unprofessional. Even receptionist are hired for the post of HR Manager who have no policy for employees.

...ences and knowledge.if you taking interest in your work then job will be secure.In term of growth salary increment is not sure for each year.Orient craft is good for learning, good work environment,you can try innovative ideas,also if you are working with a good position then it will be easier to balance work and life.

After a time everyone want a new challenge and also a good hike in his salary.So for regular work Orient Craft Limited is very good.But for a good hike need to learn new things, which is not in the company.No Tour ,no travel,no games.So not possible to get a good hike each year.
