If you need good appraisal you need buttering to you manager..BBS, OBSERVATION, & NEAR MISS giving in every month is compulsory, we create fake near miss or observation infact BBS to complete our compulsory target, that is major headache. I given my 100% i got no increment and manage say's What did you do special for company? You did only you job responsibilities, how can a manager says like this. I performed the job responsibilities well due to which there was no problem in the company whole year.

It's a great company good culture working life is excellent . Great salary opportunity in this company but job security is very unhappy .

Job not secure from reliance Jio because high position employee our position will safe to remove low position employee. Like company higher new state head they are coming and applied our new rules . I was working in shapoorji in oman and zimbabwe. Compony is really very good .and they are providing good package and facility. No dought there is hard working people required. If u work hard then only u can work there.
