No respect for time, No extra pay for night shifts or extended hours in office, no convenience pay, key people monopoly. Even with approved wfh management pressure for wfo and hence appraisal as management decides.

For freshers for new joining Infosys is the best company according to the salary work like balance the project the skill development the culture everything is so good and so many things are depend on state to state like which DC you got otherwise everything is ok so good

I don't think anything is dislike about this company

Cognizant used to be great company earlier, but due to recent layoffs and delay in hikes and appraisals, inadequate number of projects has been ruining the company. People are sitting on bench for months hunting for projects and one fine day HR calls and they are laid off. Cognizant's transparency and smooth processing was the only thing I liked but that is also ruined now.

There should be better salary and hikes. Lack of projects
