Offer very low salary compared to market, no skill update plans or grooming sessions. In other words does not care about employee growth. Just get skilled from out side is the best option.

Skill and Development. There are lot of learning opportunity provided by the company. It has tie ups with lot of partners to help you forward with your certification journey.

Dislikes

No hikes since last 20 months. We are working on same salary for last 20 months as there has been no hikes. There are talks of promotion been delayed.
