Work Life Balance is very good, but then again depends on your team and reporting heads. You can learn a lot of things if you really want to, especially if you are posted in greenfield plants. Benefits are always something to look after Job Security is the best amongst any industry Higher Management is easily accessible,atleast from what I have seen and encountered.

The CTC they give are bloated to the top Appraisal is very minimal, even if the rating is high You can find people with a very orthodox mentality, so gelling up becomes difficult, especially if you had to work with them. HR policies are good enough, but HRs are/acts(?) very dumb sometimes even after qualifying from top grade B-schools.
