Based on project the work life balance will be and don't expect salary hikes if in case 5 percentage only ..no promotions and the job security good

No much Salary hikes and promotions, skill upgrade program also little

The people and environment is good for work. Provides opportunities to explore multiple technologies.

Dislikes

Policies, and pay needs some fix. These bugs annoy and takes ages to consider, leave the fixing part.

Likes

You will have good work life balance, it offers competitive packages as other big MNCs

Dislikes

Projects are very small, no growth, less learning opportunities, though it provides competitive packages the inhad salary will be less.

Likes

The most one I likes is the learning and development, TCS gives various opportunities to learn new technologies or current trending technologies. They have tried up with other organisations to continuously training the employee. And the other one is work life balance. Being woman in TCS, having good work life balance, no pressure on works. Good work culture for women candidates

Dislikes

This is not a dislike, I would say. If anybody join as a fresher, TCS would be good opportunity to start there carrier with new learnings and innovation technologies, until they didn't worried about the salary package. At the same time, for the experience personnel they would have great life at TCS. If there performance is well, they would have good package and the role at TCS

There are ample opportunities of growth and the work culture is also satisfactory

As such there is nothing i can put under dislike section however pay scale can be improved as per rival organisations in the market
