I think bonus quarterly and annual release is not in a good shape or process , most of the time annual hike is getting delayed as per exiting employee , hopping for the best next year when time comes for me.

For freshers for new joining Infosys is the best company according to the salary work like balance the project the skill development the culture everything is so good and so many things are depend on state to state like which DC you got otherwise everything is ok so good

...g opportunities and work life balance is depends on the project you are working. Shift allowance is good , monthly and quarterly variable pay.

Nothing as such but need to stretch work sometimes to co ordinate with on site team.

Pay scale is good. But job security is at risk

Dislikes

Kept on bench for a lot of time. Later got an onsite opportunity, during work when they came to know about my pregnancy, cancelled my deputation and was kept on bench till maternity leave. NOT preferring candidates coming from maternity leaves for projects.
