Job security, decent pay for lateral hires , free food in cafeteria although questionable is quality.

Dislikes

Highly fragmented jobs with huge churn ratio , Career advancement is slow or non existent, too heavy managerial layer just for people management. Most of the new hire top management come with a service industry mindset and probably just plan to retire peacefully. Poor decision makers and no leverage ( at mercy of main sites). Key work still executed in main sites and not in India, Way too slow and burdened by internal processes for enhancements and rollouts.

Dislikes

Annual salary hikes were bit low compared to market but has significantly improved over last 1-2 years, especially on band progression. Band progression hikes in most cases are more than a job switch.
