For freshers for new joining Infosys is the best company according to the salary work like balance the project the skill development the culture everything is so good and so many things are depend on state to state like which DC you got otherwise everything is ok so good

Job security, OnSite opportunity, Support on other areas, work life balance in few units/team Whole india office so anytime can relocate to your near by area

For higher management people its good. for less experience people salary is less, promotions is less

Bench policy is terrible with aging period. Few clients have a limited year contracts therefore you will be on bench after your contract is over with the client.
