I was working in shapoorji in oman and zimbabwe. Compony is really very good .and they are providing good package and facility. No dought there is hard working people required. If u work hard then only u can work there.

We get the salary intime, you get a bonus on every January (after 2 years of joining )

Salary deduction is more No weekly offs and facilities are not that good(Rooms and other necessary) Appraisal is not giving in regular time period( once in 2to 3 years).

I have worked in main KEC international ltd company, the name of my project is Tatparya from the medium of Indara Phephana RC(003) my experience is of 4 years or I would also like to work in main KEC company.

Salary on time and benifits like medical insurance and leaves are very good as per HR policies. Very good company to work.

Some manager are working as Boss not as a leader which is not good for team members.

Provided salary benefits during COVID time for new joiners, GET/PGET training (site and office) was quite a good in Jamshedpur. Flexible leaves, Good work life balance, Office transfer is easy

Dislikes

Package was not enough for newbies in cities like Bangalore/Mumbai. Top management was not easily approachable.
