I have worked in 3 process in 5 years. My current process which is USO2C process where Manager's politics are worst and few of the employees in this process are getting mentally torture, listen hard and abusive words from manager, never get appreciation and manager and it's head of the department takes away credits of their below colleagues.

Good in induction, good in work balance, transperent

Dislikes

Limited scope for position improvement, bonus cutting from employees package and it may given or may not given, because depend upon company target. Increment between 8% to 10% majorly.

Managers are super cool and very peaceful life

Salary should be revised. Also working 6 days a week is hectic

The work culture is very good. Colleagues are really supportive. The mind set of employees here is to contribute to the Company's overall growth. And as a result people are completely involved in their work, but also help each other (even if from different team or function) in their work. Managers are very supportive and learning culture is very good here and individual growth of the employee is also good.

Dislikes

The salary structure is not so good. It is quite low for employees of such a reputed company. Work life balance is sometimes difficult to achieve depending on the function or role.

Good work environment and culture. Team are supportive and good management. There is nice cafeteria. Company policy are good and apparisals are fair.

Dislikes

Salary is decent but career growth is slow. Really dislike from a bond of 3 year.
