Work culture(timing is 9 hours 45 minutes), even as a data analyst my manager is not allowing WFH. punching system is there but it is not centralized, I have to walk approx 15 min from the main entrance to my building for punching which is very bad. uniform culture is there Monday to Thursday. join this company but leave after 1.5- 2 years. job is 5 days, but if any holiday falls on a weekday, you have to come on Saturday. attendance system is there you need minimum 94% to get full variable. this is not a company this is a school

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't adress our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Dtdc policy is very good fixed date salary, PF fund, ESI all facility provides all employers.

Dislikes

I not like dtdc staff all staff thinking is very bad about girls, they are using abuse words openly.

All teams are very cooperative and job security. No issue in salary and opportunity for fast growth in own field.

All departments are going without proper team and guidance and timely work auditing.
