Now wellsfargo is ok cost cutting mode. As per the global survey wells listed top and one of the best companies but they started layoffs, downsized the benefits, micro monitoring and management has become so toxic.

Work Culture in a consulting setup totally depends on the client However the management and leadership is supportive most of the time

Compensation and Employee Benefits can be better Also consulting demands you to be flexible with location anytime

Not 100% job security, if they focus on providing permanent job then there is no competition for Amazon

Its a great company to work for. The learning depends on the project you get. Company culture is good and work life balance is also good.

Poor salary hikes and promotions. Overall process is very slow. Opportunities are good but the exposure is limited.

Cognizant used to be great company earlier, but due to recent layoffs and delay in hikes and appraisals, inadequate number of projects has been ruining the company. People are sitting on bench for months hunting for projects and one fine day HR calls and they are laid off. Cognizant's transparency and smooth processing was the only thing I liked but that is also ruined now.
