Wipro talks lot about there 5 habits but I don’t see that at ground level and old employees without proper skill set but just serving in the company for there experience

Good work culture. Constant Training and skill enhancement. Free skill certifications specially in Microsoft area. Cab facilities pick and drop. Many benifits women workers. Work from home facility.

Dislikes

No job security specially when you are on bench. No on sites. Variable pay are very poor. No salary hike from last two years specially 2022 to 2023. Bad Accenture HR.

Likes

HCL have good project where one can learn a lot and develop their skills so good for Skill development. Job security is also good as HCL gives ample opportunity.

Dislikes

Work Life balance is terrible. No Appraisal. There is quarterly appraisal so based on that they cut your monthly bonus. They have software to Count your productive hours.

Work culture, job security, work life balance if you want these 3, bingo!! This place is for you. You will get minimum opportunity to develop and strengthen your skills. If you get a good manager your life will be set. If you get someone like mine then you will leave the organization as soon as possible.

Dislikes

Salary is too much less. If you are retiring then join here you will get work satisfaction because at that tym you don't have the drive to learn new skills, challenge yourself every day. You have lived your life and now TCS will work as your holiday home.

The work culture is great. You will have great balance between you professional and personal life working here. The technologies used are keeping with the industry trend.

The salary and other benefits are relatively lesser as compared to the industry over all.
